Our recruitment process is based on two of our core values: openness and integrity.
Openness. When selecting a consultant for a specific job, we mainly listen. We want to ensure that you are the right one for the mission at hand. We look for intellectual capabilities, values and motivations.
Once you have submitted your application, one of us will contact you for an initial screening, usually a phone conversation. This person will follow you during the whole process. This is where our second core value, integrity, enters into force. Ethics, honesty, trust and professionalism are never compromised.
If this step has a positive outcome, it will be followed by a more in-depth interview and discussion regarding your technical and motivational fit for the role.
We are facilitators; we will assess how well your experience fits with the team you might integrate but also with our customer needs.
The final stage will be an interview with the customer.
An offer will be made by the recruiter if the interviews are a success.
